These delicious pancakes are made with only 3 ingredients, and best of all, they are a alternative option than regular pancakes – kids will love them!

•1 egg• 1 ripe banana (or banana)
• Pinch of cinnamon


1. Crush the banana with the help of
a fork and add the egg.
2. Beat very well until forming a
homogeneous liquid mass and add a
pinch of cinnamon to that pancake
3. Heat a frying pan or griddle over
medium-high heat, and add a few
drops of olive oil (optional).
4. Once hot, add two tablespoons of
mixture and cook over medium heat
for a couple of minutes on each side.
